New Grower Noob grow, N lights, Sour Diesel, Fast Haze

Hey bro'!... good on the molasses;it has a decent amount of Ca, Mg, and even K with small amounts of other metal/minerals, plus it's a chelating agent! I did some research (read the back label- LOL!) on this and found that Brer Rabbit brand has a fair amount more good stuff in it than Grandma's...(but the latter tastes better... one for me, the other for the girls!)...*** Auto's are very pissy, and variably so, about nute' concentrations... LOL!-_you should be kinda scared, as they react poorly, and there's no time for recovery during veg'ing...No suffering or they'll pay you in kind with runts like I've had!... diff's between strains is significant...I learned the hard way, and stunted mine on my first ever auto grow,... Now, I'm technically on my third, dovetailing from the previous grows,... outdoors is a very different animal (light hours are critical), but that's another story altogether,... point is, I'm still learnin' too, mate! I've got a couple biology degrees too, so this helps with principles and technical shit, but the skill is still in the grow particulars, and the ol' green thumb factor! *** the girls look stout, RR, so cheers to that so far,..! :High 5: When feeding, cut the recommended dose to 1/4 to 1/2,... again, I'm not familiar with WG's soil, so I'd play it safe and try 1/4 strength plus foliar, and see,... auto's can handle slightly richer soil when they mature some, and one can always dial up the nutes, but you can't take 'm back, so ease into things... Oh! Do you have a water spreader, or wetting agent? Know what I'm talking about..? I don't like to assume, either way,...if your not familiar, this stuff is a neutral substance (surfactant) that takes the surface tension out of the water or soln. of what you're spraying, so that it coats evenly, rather than beads,... more surface area covered= more absorbed by the plant! It's great for anything you spray, nutes, bug killer, stubborn soils that absorb poorly, this sort of thing; foliar is nice in the beginning because it won't damage the roots themselves if the soln. is too strong, but later, I skip this unless they need emergency supp's (supplements) like Ca-Mg, etc.,... 'crobe brew's go to the soil, but Swampy has good success just slopping it all over! Most important with foliar, is to make sure it has a chance to dry, slowly is best, but should be gone by lights-out to avoid mold issues; I'm seeing more and more folks who bubble their nutes, and swear by it... I haven't so I can't say either way, but there's something to it, or the fine growers here who do wouldn't bother,... ditto for the teas... a small aquarium air pump and diffuser stone is all that's needed.... So, lets see what the Swampbro' say! he's got much more experience with the teas and such... when you get a chance, read through his grows, and you'll see why he's unique here in his skills with this!...:wiz: check later RR!

Kudos, waira!
Good advice I'll sift through tomorrow.
Lots of experience w/ surfactants, but it's been a few years... :D:
Has anyone come up with an exploding head smiley? I feel like I'm getting back in the game:clap:
Dumb question, but how do I find swampmans grows? He's given good advise to me on fish poo, would love too see his stuff!
Thank you, and thank ALL, for all the help and support:gthumb:

....look at the very bottom of his post, below the "like" line,... folks can leave links to their grows here, click and off you go,...then you can check out the nav' line just above the ad banner to see the forum and thread it's in...
* check out mine just above your post where it says 'waira's main course....blah blah blah'....that's the signature area, as it's called...
LMAO!! dewd! Ive got a list of about a 2 dozen smiley's I think we need! :Stones slap:

Wow, busy week, but here's the update:
Girls are doing good, and I've added some upgrades.
More light, 5 23 watt cfl's for side lighting:

Also have a bubbler going for the next feed.
Adding the 5 cfl's pushed my temps up, and I have a small space with 2 freezers, and a furnace... no way too cool it with just a fan. SOOoooo....
Just add frozen jugs, one redneck cooling unit:Cool:
I got the idea for ice in a closet from this site (I'll find the author and give credit).
The ice chest and fan thing just kinda happened:D:

View attachment 273305BTW, I love how the front light lifts out of the way for watering! Most of this was again made of scraps, about $40 to HD for the cfl's and the fan:coffee break:

Looking great bro.Sorry ive been.lacking.
I use the Alaska Fish emulsion At 5 ml per quart for foliar
Let that shit in Stump tea A Micro.Brew and its Molasses and Kelp.based
Has Brix raising goodies and The Fish Oils.Re great surfactants
It is good to Foliar a clean Rinse as well it needs a fresh drink.after the second day

If u see it left in blotches just spary it a lil more then its like another feeding

Foliar is great for the first few week
The roots need less water. I simpky feed acording to.dripzone and plant responce. my rootbuilder drues out fast with the fans blowing it

:wiz: I dig the rig, RR! And the swamp-cooler idea is a good solution,... just mind the increase in RH.... I see Swampy got you covered too!... so let me blow a big stanky hit of good :karma Cloud: your way for a fine inaugural grow! :High 5:
