Outdoor Nosey Neighbours, Outdoors To Indoors

Hey AFN,
I Have a nosey neighbour problem,
I have 4 auto's outdoors that are on day 42. I just found out my neighbour is a total dick and wont think twice to call the 5-0.
Can I bring them inside and put them under a 400w Hps Without Stress or stunting?
Or is that a bad idea?
Need Help A.S.A.P!!!

bring them in no stress, 400w shouldnt cause much stress if you have it set up well. I moved my auto from a 250w CFL to an uncovered 600W hps with a fan blowing on it.

I Know I was so Disappointed when I found out. But Hey, Is What it is Like you said, Better than compromising the whole thing.
I just hope I dont get any bug problems. Nature can no longer rid them of pests, like it would if it was outside.

I live in a townhouse apartment. My tent in on the 2nd floor spare bedroom/storage room. My temps run high even with a portable AC unit. I have a couple that live next door that are super complainy about anything and are always looking into my patio area (just has some green/red peppers and cherry tomatoes there). Me and the fiance invited them over for grilling steaks (paid for and grilled to perfection by me) one evening. They seemed pretty laid back as they are in the same age group as me and my fiance, but the second i said i was a gun advocate and have multiple guns, they basically shunned away from any contact from us. I guess i scared my nosey neighbor problem away, they fastwalk, and shut their blinds now if i am outside! i guess they dont support the 2nd amendment!
