New Grower Not New to Growing but need a couple things clarified... ??

Ihave done more than my share of outdoor photos but these autos can be a bit tricky.A couple things Ive read and not sure I quit understand(maybe Ive been in the Haze to long) So>
#1 epsoms salts.... When to use and Why ?
#2Blackstrap molasses same.... When and Why
I know its probably posted somewhere but sometimes its just quicker to ask..lol
You can tell me you thoughts ,point me to threads whatever....
