Noticed a leaf issue... not sure what it is

I was wondering if someone might tell me what they see here? There are a couple of places where the leaf has a hole in it. The center highlight I thought was some larvae but it felt more like dust and I lost it. The top layer of soil is mixed generously with diatomaceous earth (food grade) Two 6" fans are running if dust from venting is occurring or inviting pests. Wanted to add I recently had a humidity issue where leaves were quite wet. It was resolved quickly.

If you have a magnifier 20x or better look at the under side of the leaves under good light. If that is the only leaf might be from an earlier boo boo

I did and could not really see anything. I guess I will keep a close eye on her. Thanks.
