Nute burn?

Could one of the more knowledgeable on here keep me pointing in the right direction, does this look like nute burn or cal/mag def?
It's only this one leaf that's affected.
Medium is Coco feeding canna a/b @20ml/10litre and 2g of ton"o"bud/10litres npk in ton"o"bud is 0-49-32

That is allot of nutes I think, but I am not sure. More pictures available?

Its half the strength I would usually feed my photo's,
I've cut back the a+b to 15ml to 10litres and added 1.5ml of canna cal/mag. I'll leave the ton"o"bud out for now as it's pretty strong stuff. They're probably still too young for it.
I'll report back in a few days with the results.
