In regards to training/trimming: I always go around the plants when I look in on them and do a bit of leaf tucking if needed, I also try and tease branches into positions where they receive the most light. I never really do any trimming, but on this grow I did remove the very bottom branches as they would never see the light otherwise and I'd rather have the plants putting that energy into the tops to be honest. Also, I rotate them all round once per day so the light is more evenly distributed. They turned out to be very uniform in shape and height, but most of that is in the genes I reckon. KUDO has a very tall pheno of 24C growing at the moment you should check it out!
Feeding: Basically I only really use the base nutrients from AN nowadays. The only reason I used the extras on my last couple of grows is because I bought a selection of them in small quantities for a knock down price just to give them a try. Don't think i'll buy any again as I didn't really see a big enough difference to justify the price! Others will argue that they are worth it though - but everyone's different
I tend to loosely follow Tangs feeding plan, but I don't feed every day. I use the same amounts as Tang in my feed solution (unless it turns out to be too much or vice-versa), and I stick to the same timescales etc. I used to feed every day, but now I just feed every other day. I find the pots stay quite well hydrated in my setup with LED etc, so no need to water/feed every day for me.
