This is a Blue Dream outdoor auto in
Ocean Forest soil. She has been in the soil for about a month, so I haven't starting much feeding yet with the exception of a tiny bit of organic earthworm castings and bat guano. Her pH looks stable in the mid 6's based on a pH soil probe test.
I also spray weekly with Spinosad or Neem Oil with a drop of Castile soap.
The damage seems light isolated to a few fan leaves here and there. I think a bit of wind damage may have made a tear. Overall the plant looks fine with the exception of a few fans like this one. There is a tiny bit of crusty edge at the top, so this makes me question nutes. Any advice is more than appreciated.

Infection is a possibility too, but if fungal the neem should deal with that... bacterial, no,.... The whole point of adding the soap is to knock down the beading so that shit doesn't happen in any case... Are you sure of the dilution?
