Hey all,
I have a couple seedlings going that overall look very well in health. My concern is when I look at them closer they appear to almost contort in different ways mainly the edges (serrated part of the leaves). The leaves themselves aren't uniform and I'm not sure if this is something to be concerned about. I have a 250w MH and 300w led about 16in above plants. Temps are 75-78 degrees with humidity around 50-55%. I have quite a few plants in there medicinal and non medicinal. This is in a 4x4 ft tent. Any suggestions or need for concern with this?

Seedlings with contorted leaves are pretty common. Not normally a concern, however, your LED is to close. 24" at very least, depending on what kind of LED you have. With higher intensity cobs, 36" minimum, imo. I can't advise on the height of MH but pretty sure 24" would be safer. Much better to start at a good distance and if too much stretching occurs, adjust accordingly.

Good luck!

Yeatster,
Thanks for the reply! I had a feeling in the back of my head that lighting distance could be an issue. It's been a struggle trying to find the sweet spot as a new grower lol thank you for the ease of mind though. Wanted to make sure it wasn't a critical issue. Cheers!
