Extraction Oil Time

So I have a big ol' jar of trim and beautiful smelling popcorn buds, and I also happen to have LouAnna Coconut Oil as well.


Can anyone advise me on how this works?
I plan on putting everything in a crockpot and letting it sit overnight on low, this should work, no?

Put the trim and buds into the crockpot with the oil. Turn on high for about 1 hour. After that, strain the plant material out via cheesecloth or another fine mesh material.

You can do an ISO wash withe the used trim to get any extra cannabinoids left in the trim/bud. Put the ISO wash back into the (emptied) crockpot, and about 15 minutes later all of the alcohol will be gone. Add the results hash to the coconut oil.

Then just use it in whatever you're making. If the recipe calls for 1/4 cup vegetable oil, just replace that with 1/4 canna oil.
