OK, one at a time.
Also though, the 4th and 5th pic is the same strain as the 3rd pic...they are all autofem, so why do they look so different
Just as Rebel said, there are different phenotype in plants, basically the breeder tries his/her best to make a perfect strain that will look the same, produce the same, have the same smells, have the same taste, etc. So, as they breed each generation(called F1, F2, F3 and so on) and with each generation they try to cross the plants with the characteristics they want. So, while some get blueberry, or high production spot on with every seed they may not hit the height characteristic with every seed. I hope this is making sense, I am pretty high right now. So basically you may have some seeds that tastes the same and smells the same when grown out but they may not all grow to the same height. Or you could have some that look identical but they may carry different colored leaves, one may turn purple the other stay green. So, that could be the explanation for your height differences.
Does my T5 have enough watts and lumens to finish these girls?
Well, I can't say without knowing how many watts you have there. Most of the time 50W/foot squared is the general rule. So if you have a 3x3 tent 3x3=9 foot squared, 9x50= 450 watts. That is, if you are using all of that room. If you are only using 2x3 of the tent then it would be less. That is a very general rule, there are many other attributes that play into that.
Why are my autos so tall ?
Autos, contrary to many misconceptions can get very tall given a large enough pot size and the proper genetics. I have had some Dutch Passion Polar Lights that hit 40". That was in 5 gallon pots, mind you. Given that the genetics allow the plant to grow large, the larger the pot you grow in, the larger the plant will be. So if you have a height issue, it may be your best interest to put your plants in a 1 or 2 gallon pot.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but the soil in my pots is none dry every other day, is this normal?
Depends, once again. What temps are you running, what is the humidity of the grow room, and how much air are you turning over in there? If the temps are high, 80+ this will cause the pots to dry out quicker, if the humidity is low or you are moving a lot of air through the tent, this will cause it as well. How much are you watering at one time?
Could there be a delay since I went on vacation and they were bone dry when I returned? They all came back beautifully , but surely this has put me behind a week or so?
There could very well be a slight delay but chances are good that lost a few days of growth and it probably affected your yield more than it did delay you.
I've read with autos that they normally take a bit longer then the packet says and that I should wait till the fan leaves yellow or fall off, is this accurate?
This is true, most breeders estimate their harvest time based on absolute optimal conditions, it is usually not normal for the average home grower to be able to produce the same conditions the breeder had. So, many times it takes a little longer. The best way to know when to harvest is not by the leaves but by looking at your trichomes. You will need a small microscope, 40x at minimum, you should be able to find them all over. Amazon, ebay, etc. for $10 or less for cheap ones. You will need to look at your trichomes and determine when it is best to harvest. Trichones start out clear, then get cloudy, milky white, then turn an amber or brown. The clear ones aren't mature, the milky are mature and optimal and the amber ones are starting to degrade. If you want a more sativa(heady) buzz then you harvest when they are all milky with very little amber. If you want an indica(body/couch lock) stone then you will want to wait until you have about 20% amber trichs or more depending on how you like it.
Hopefully that has answered your questions without being too boring.
