New Grower Open Letter to all Badge Whores

If your like me, you enjoy collecting badges here at AFN. As you may notice, I don't have that many and I tried really hard to get the Summer Solstice badge. I think I did the morning sunrise part right, but my sunset pictures were lost in cyberspace. Sure I was disappointed, but did my best to keep a positive vibe. After further thought on the matter, there's only one badge that really matters to me and as long as I can keep it, I'll never ask for another. The badge I'm referring too is the AFN Family member badge. That my friends is it in a pot seedl

ya i was thinking of going a bit more traditional..Liiiiike,maybe dancing in the light of the moon covered in blood for example LOL!! take a pic? do i get in that way? maybe Chim Bo Chek/Shaman. Dunno how chim bo chek is actually spelled but its a shaman essentially. my home is sooo wooded I wouldnt be able to take a picture of either really LOL

Eye's on Fire, I would have loved to have seen that! I had no blood, but I built a fire and tried to dance, (time lapse style). I was wearing some wild looking stuff, including my jungle boonie hat to help cover my face, along with shades and bandana. Which could have been saved with a simple click of a saved button, lol

I stayed up. I have perfect view of both sun rise and sun set. However, clouds and rain precluded my view. I like badges. I call them medals.

There are indeed fun to collect and it's a cool way to encourage member participation! I was just trying to keep things in perspective as to what's really important to me! Hmmm, wonder if they have a badge for that! :smoking:
