Hey Neko, I have some ice on top of the clay media in my res. The water temp was a little high so I added some ice to get it down to around 65F. I took the extra ice and spread it around to cool things off.

Thanks for the tip Jack. I must have done something to the seeds. I am guessing that they got too hot while I was germinating them. I have a seed tray heat mat that I am going to stop using. I avoided it while germinating the second set of four seeds and had no problem. I do have some old seeds I am going to try the freezer trick with.

Whats this freezer trick you speak of?

Jack The Spliffer says that putting old seeds into the freezer, wrapped in bubble wrap, for a day or two before germination gives them a Winter Cycle and improves their viability. I am gonna try it.

I have five of the eight seeds up. Only one seed from the first batch of four that I planted survived and is stunted. I got some silver wire and am going to reverse it if I can find the correct transformer in time.

What is the silver wire for, and what do you mean by reverse it?
