yes the time has come to start looking for lights, being using Sunplus Leds for a long time now they starting to play up ( they have had a hard life)...

Cobs are a no go as Cobshop dont ship OS these days- wont buy from the Optic Charlatan
..
So that leaves either the new Lumatek Zeus 600W LED PRO (any one with info on these lights please post a review.) Migro did a very review on these,



There are alot of these cheap rubbish lights out there and a few spin doctors spinning whatever they can for a sale

i am in the same situation now, i have 4 mars hydro 96 reflectors (on autos a yield almost 0,9g/W) per tent, 9-10 flowers in a tent.

I saw this Lumatek 600W and the 1000W setup at a local shop, and the seller couldn't stop talking about it. He even told me, that the MarsHydro lights are not up to it, as Lumotek is one of the best brands...so i am interested in changing the setup against the lumatek assy (would then have 8 reflectors for sale)

But! if i compare the output rates, i have a higher value on 4 reflectors then one 600 Zeus...

MH = 4*68o pmols = 2720pmol
Zeus = 1670 pmol

Power draw

MH = 4x210 = 840W
Zeus = 600W

The 1000W zeus series 2600pmols and 1000W consumption. so if i am not wrong with thethe PAR values, the only advantage i see here, is the fuler light spectrum, but this is also solvable cheaper with 3pcs of TS250 series by MH.

But i like the design, and the basic idea behing the lumatec assy. Has somebody some grow reviews on it? Because if i google it, there are some strange numbers, like 2.5g/W and so on...

i did not look at it, at the MIGRO results for HM TS, Reflector and SP series. Also did the same for the Zeus 600. But i still have a feeling that there are 2 or 4 bars missing? the corner areas are not sufficient illuminated
