Thanks for that.... BUT .... I have grown plants in soil with dry amendments. I have also done coco with liquid nutes. For me... this IS a superior modality of growing cannabis with great ease. I have used “super soil” in the past and it had ok results. I too, have used coco with liquid nutes. I average 3-4oz per plant that way. I have some many hydro plants as well. These plants are smaller because I have trained them to fit in the closet under only 300 watts of cob light. Yet I bet I will get at least 2oz off each, except the small sour stomper. And in my space- that’s exactly what I planned for.

with dry amendments.. you just top dress a week or so before the plants need more nutes in flower.You can easily water every day, no problem. It’s really quite simple.

if you think dry amendments don’t do well in coco, or that it somehow compromises quality and finished product.. you need to do some research.

Check out mr Canucks grow. Pretty well irrefutable to say he’s not doing an excellent job with coco and dry amendments.

Whatever floats your boat. I have been a Coco grower for 20+ years. I know what works best and Dry ammendents is not it with Coco. Your plants look hungry and lack trichomes, because Coco is not ideal for Dry ammendments. Really it only matter what you think in the long run, but a quality Organic Soil with dry ammenments ia far superior to Coco with same ammendments. I am glad that you prefer this method, they are smaller because Dry ammendments are slow release and Coco has higher demands than they can provide. You will see with Coco that they wont stterch as much, be as dense, or have as many trichs as soil will. If the quality is good enough for you, then sweet! Ibhavw done literatlly Hundreds of plants over decades in Coco. I have done dry ammendments myself. The yield is half or less. The quality is decent, but not worth the decrease yield or decreased quality. Most every plant i see in Coco and dry ammendments look hungry in flower, because they need more fast acting food, top.dressings take weeks to work and by then its too late to be as effective. It is really easy, that is about it. You can grow a plant to finish with minimal effort. But with a little effort and better medium, the quality and quantity will be higher. Peacex slow

I was wondering how well this worked. No way you could water only with just that little bit of nutes for the whole cycle.

Plese watch the video he linked, the plants at the beginning are Photo strains. Fast forwrd and Look at the AUTOFLOWERING strains he has. They are some of the smallest Autos I have ever seen, and a complete waste if time. He had 600+ watts and some of the smallest Coco plants I have ever seen. A 55 watt Cob will grow a bigger plant than his whole Autoflower plants combined easily. Not only that, he gives poor information. ANYONE who suggests ro use 1 gal pots with Coco and dry ammendments knows nothing about growing in Coco. The smaller the pot, the higher the demand. They would be even smaller than the miniture ones he has. The photo strains look much better, but the Autos he has are pathetic looking.
