Hey guys, here's a link for some podcasts, hosted by KIS Organics. I hope this does not break any forum rules as this is not an advert for their products, and guests include Clackamas Coot, from an organic soil company (Build-A-Soil) that competes directly against KIS. For what that is worth.... looks like a good lineup of experts in the field.

Enjoy your organic garden.

Just to clarify, Coot freely shared the information that Jeremy built Build a Soil from on IC Mag originally. Coot is not associated directly with or receiving compensation from any company. Thanks for posting though, much appreciated and hope people enjoy the podcast!

And really, anyone promoting organic cultivation and more sustainable methods is not a competitor....we need more people re-using soil and growing better quality and safe plants. :)

Yeah dude Coot is an old grower from the Brotherhood of Eternal Love(from what I have read). He have nothing to do with BAS except they sell supplies to grow in his method and mention his name on the website. I will say that the best stuff I have grown was using the Coot method. Coot knows his stuff.
No-til for life!

So Coot is an old grower but wasn't actually a part of the Brotherhood. He was a surfer and did something similar though, that's where The One came from. That was when he decided to get out of the game and just grow for him and his wife. He has some crazy stories from back in the day though, that's for sure! He tells that story on the 3rd part of his interviews, which should be out next month.

@KIS thank you for correcting me. I knew he wasn't "part" of them but got his breeding started with their seeds.

@Tommy McCain no worries, hope you didn't take it the wrong way. I talk to Coot on the regular so I had a bit of insider info, and just thought I'd share. He talks a bit about that time in his life when he discusses how The One came to be his plant for the past 40 years in the 3rd podcast in his interview series. It's pretty interesting!

Yeah I already listened to the first Coot podcast you have up. I really dig what you are doing over there on KiSorganics.com. You are building some solid content. I am currently building website content (blog and such) for another industry I am involved in. I know how difficult it can be to put up solid content that brings people back to your site. Especially organic stoners who are leary of anything corporate.[emoji1]
