New Grower OT grow and bloom

Anyone using plant magic OT grow/bloom?? Plants around day 27/28 and I've been using grow 1m/L last week or so.. so much conflicting info online.. eg some ppl saying use grow until all upward growth stops.. others don't even bother with grow and move str8 to bloom.. anyone using the same stuff?? Used it before?? Did u use grow?? Str8 to bloom?? Any advice appreciated as always guys..

I havn't used it but I believe it is best to useveg nutes until she starts the full bloom cycle.The veg cycle is so short you want to give them plenty of nitrogen to get the off to a good start.
