Northern Cheese Haze
Sour bubbly x Auto Cush (freebie)

Started end of February, coastal southern California. Germinated inside and brought inside at night for first week, but after that 100% outdoor.

I had problems with the SBXAC. Only two of five germinated. And one of those shot out of stem but no root.
I wasn't expecting too much with the cold weather and the short amount of light but here it is.
The little itty bitty guy is the SBXAC. The only one that grew which happened to be the one that shut out the stem and no root.

In my noob eyes, the colas look nice.

What was your growing approach? Au naturel?

LST? Soil/water only?

First Auto grow.
Soil was peat moss, pearlite, vermiculite, worm castings, composed wood chips and a half dose of 3-4-3 organic fertilizer. I fed bat guano tea and kelp extract during veg and sea-grow bloom during flower.
I did LST on the NCH. All the ties are removed in picture.
Going into flower I didn't think the colas would fatten up so much.
We actually had a cool wet winter hear finally. I had to make a little cold frame to keep it out of the rain, and warm on the cooler days.
Unfortunately the spot I have to grow only gets direct sun for about 4-5 hours in winter and early spring. I'm up to 8 hours now...just started 3 more a couple weeks ago and they are already way ahead of what this girl was at 2 weeks.
Nice thing about this grow was absolutely no bugs and no mildew or bud rot. Even though it's moist, the mold and mildew like it a little warmer.
The little SBxAC is stinky and sticky as can be, more than the NCH. I wish they didn't all fail.
