This is a NL 12 day old seedling. Under 400W HPS. Ph 6.8. All was fine until this morning when her most recent leaves curled under. It had been three days since watering so I gave a good watering this morning. This isnt over watering is it?

It looks like it kush, were the pots relatively dry when you watered? How much runoff are you getting when you water?

Ya it had been 3 days since watering, also they just started in middle last week under the hps. It dried it out pretty quick and is 2ft from them. I get plenty of runoff as it fills the thing that catches the water twice. How long will it take to perk back up if that was the issue? The new growth still looks ok. Along with her sister.

Should be about a day. Don't get too much runoff, that could be the problem. You want ~10% of what you are watering. As an example, if you use 1 liter of water per pot then you only want about 100ml runoff. Much more than that and you are basically flushing your plants every time you water, which is a bad thing.

It would be easier to diagnose if you could photograph the plant under normal light instead of that lovely golden HPS.

The general rule of thumb in determining over-watering or under-watering is:
Over-watering---light green to very light green colour.
Under-watering---Very dark green colour.

Best of luck, mate!
