Overfed? Too Dry? Confused

It's not just 1 rockwool cube, there are loads in the pot, they are supposed to hold the water good and keep the pot with air and space for root growth.

I have a 6" rockwool cube and flood it once a day with 5.8 ph/nutes as per hydro store recommendation. it holds a lot of water. I agree with plain water for a few days. then probably only feed once a day

First idea is for you to post some new pictures, then maybe explain what you have done to them in the last 6 days

What is the runoff PH at?
I ask because the plants look a bit like they are having some PH issues, if your PH is broken then everything else will go to shit also.

So what would Stunted do?

Step 1. Flush....a lot, plain water at PH 6.0
Step 2. Straight after that would be a watering of light nutes (somewhere around 300ish PPM)
Step 3. Drain, your medium will hold a lot of water so drain well.
Step 4. Leave them alone for 2-3 days.....Stop flooding so much, once a day is likely still to often since they are small...maybe once every 2 days depending on how fast they dry out.
Step 5. Smoke a bowl and calm the fuck down!

Then just relax for a few days and see how they respond, you are going to have to be careful with the nutes, they are small plants in BIG pots...in your situation ...less is best.

I would just make sure they're not sitting in any water. Rockwool can absorb it up(too much). Pour it through and let it drain away. My 2 cents

I always drain the trays under the pot's, just ordered a hand syphon pump thing to make it easier. Dropped the temps a few degrees and lifted the lights a few more inches and the 2 really small ones have responded better too that, they have perked right up, got 1 plant about 2 times bigger then the rest and looks in class condition.

Check my run off before and it's running off between 7.4 and 7.9. Is this bad? If so whats the best fix for it. I'm always mega careful at getting it in at 5.8.

As stunted says watering rockwool once a day is probably too often.
It holds a lot of water so they could be drowning. I would probably water every 3 to 5 days.
If you have any left over do a test. Put some in a pot, soak thoroughly then see how long it takes to dry out completely. You can then factor in roughly how much will be absorbed by the plant as it grows and increase the frequency accordingly.

Great idea mate, i'll try that tommorrow, just check some before and some pots are drying out much quicker, think its my few that are bigger then the rest are drinking a lot more. Just glad my 2 small ones are showing signs of growing at last.

Just need some answers on my ph run off now and how to fix it.
