So feed in the same water of nutes but add the calmag 1st then the nutes?

Say you need to add 500ml to the res. Mix that 500ml separately, additives first, then base nutes. Adjust pH if needed then add to the res. I am not entirely sure why it makes a difference, but it appears to.

Appreciate that mate. I understand everythings a learning curve, i just can't justify paying electric for a 400w hps for 3months and nothing to show for it haha but i get you, i need to fuck up to learn. Ita not life or death though is it? Theyll pull through you reckon?

You almost have to TRY to kill them. My first grow I made a ton of mistakes, and I still wound up with a very good yield, for a first grow.

Forgot you aren't doing DWC. The idea is the same, though.

All is not lost, you can still pull some weed off. I'm just saying don't beat yourself up if things do go further south. You've already got some plants that made it into flower, good job!

If the HPS is revving up your bill too much, you can always grow some bud under some t-5 or LED until you get the hang of it. My first grow box was a hollowed out dresser lit with CFL, great on the wallet for the learning curve.

Ive been looking into led for my next attempt especially as summer is coming. I'll start saving 1st.

Iknow every one on here hears the same questions everyday and i appreciate all the feedback and help. Regardless of end result im pretty stoked at the progress ive made and how they are looking. Probably a few deficiencies going on but i love how they look, worrying at times but i could stare at them all day. Does anyone recommend a flush? Or can i just soldier on and get good results?
