Indoor Ph water with flawless finish?

I don't no what flawless finish is but mix a batch up and see what the PH is to be safe.
It's a flushing agent that you use once and then just plain water for the next 10 days. I've done some research and I've heard from people it makes a difference. I used it before and it came out pretty clean just didn't ph it that time
