I have a himalyan blue diesel at 40 days old with no preflowers. Was running at what I thought was 20/4 light cycle but was actually 24/0. My bad for not know how to run my timer. Anyway I switched on Friday to 14/10 because I believe there must be a seed mix up. It looks like a HBD which is an indica. Should I leave it at this or go to 12/12? IMG_20170305_071247.jpg

12/12 is tried and true.idk this to b fact but 14/10 may not flip it but more stress it,unless u truly mimic nature and do a wk of 14/10,13/11 and so on...i do 12/12 from start when i flip, after 3 days im on full stretch mode..if yur plant isnt throwing shoots crazy in just few days id cut hrs back.

...Thanks HM! :yeahthat: light hours drop, and bloom nute kick may help too (high P-K ratio),... no mix-up, just a "malfunction"! HBD does not have a photo' version, but no process is perfect, and throw-backs show up from time to time,... even at 24/0, auto's generally have no problems with blooming it seems,..

O sorry i misunderstood.i thought it was photo.my bad fellas..like said above an auto should flip on any schedule.cant really control it,its geneticaly inhanced that way because of ruderial gene.(sory bad speller,ha)

I have an Amnesia that is on day 50, and I can't get it to flower. I tried everything I could think of, cutting nutes, cutting lights for 24 and switching to 12/12, dropping temperature, foliar spraying, etc. She does not want to flower, and It seems I got a 5% seed, the kind that has some genes crossed somewhere, and it may stay veg all summer for all I know.

Well I dropped to 12/12 and I have signs of pistols now. It took about 4 days. It is kind of frustrating. I am going to leave my lights at that setting for the duration.

:d5: Shweeet! yes, remain at that sched' until harvest,... It sucks when it happens, not and easy call to make- keep or compost! At least you'll have a fatter than usual pile of bud though! She should make beautiful colors too, especially if she get's some cool nights in late bloom,...
