... -- Kronus, 3500K is considered full spectrum, fine for the whole grow, so skip the new COB's,... Your RH% is fine,....pH is a little low, but not the cause of this regardless,... usually, when that kind of stretch happens, it's the lights being too far away, not intense enough,.. but seedling's don't want the intensity that older plants do,... I have had some seedling just do that funny stretch things anyway, even in filtered Sunlight!... as mentioned, you can heap some soil around the base, and also use a skinny stake/skewer to prop her up until the stem hardens off more,...

pH being .3 off isn’t going to make a noticeable difference at this stage. I have in the past had great results growing in coco using tap water with rhizotonic which has a high ph, and had no problems. The ph effects the absorbing or certain nutrients which I doubt the plant is even going for at this stage

Soil buffers it too so no worries there. Sorry seen it’s already been said but I’d just pile up some soil around it and use your cobs.
