My most favorite hound dog. I raised Basset hounds for years. Use to keep hair ties by the food bowl to tie up their ears before they ate. Had a male named Doc who would get up in my chair with me, prop himself up on the arm of the chair and watch t.v. with me. Lost him in the divorce and haven't had another basset since. Sure miss him.

tie up there ears before they ate.lol that's awesome.hahaha!. Ive always loved hounds because of their cool droopy ears.never owned one though. I did have a dachsand when I was kid.yeah it was pretty sad he broke his back and got paralyzed so parents had to put him down. I member I cried for days. think I was in kindergarten.lol anyways, I think its cool people have different pets.not just the normal dogs and cats. cmon you guys gotta have some more.

Yes, those ears get into everything. Constantly cleaning them. Thats exactly what he does, he's attached to my hip in the chair all the time.
