New Grower Pistils question

I've searched Pistils but haven't seen anything posted answering this question. Hope I didn't miss it but anyways here it goes.
I've got a Nirvana Blue Mystic on about week 4. I've got some white pistols showing.
Is that normal?
Seems to be getting pretty bushy but not a huge amount of vertical growth. I'd say its 4 or 5inches tall at this point.
Its under 24 hour light cycle from a 6500k CFL and a 2500k CFL total lummens are around 3500.

the white pistils are the first stage of flowering, cheer on those pistils

also if you can take a good pic and zoom in you will see trics on your white pistils

On my first grow they kept growing for about 6-7 weeks. Then maybe another inch in the last bit of the grow. I use organics and I believe my Bloom food is 1-7-5. Still has a little nitrogen. I might back off the Nitrogen to 0 on next try. I figure about week 6 or 7. Good Luck.
