Hey everyone i have a critical #47 growing under a 250 watt cfl and i have only been feeding her bio bizz grow nutrients only...I noticed what looks like buds forming around the plant and im only on day 23 since she sprouted from the soil, is this normal from this plant or is this bad, any help would be amazing as im quite stressed at the moment. thank you

Day 23 is right on the money for showing sex, which is what your plant is doing, congrats it's a girl! Around week 3 (depending on strain) autos sex and then enter into veg then preflower then bloom.
Up until now your plant has been building roots primarily now it will pack on height then you'll see sparse white hairs (pistols) emerging from the nodes ( generally where leaf meets stem ). Sparse pistols will increase dramatically in the next 2-3 weeks as well as height, sometimes as much as an inch a day. Don't be fooled as many noobs are including myself that you're in full bloom when you start seeing a lot of pistols. Full bloom or flower begins around week 5-6 (again strains vary) that's when verticle growth slows (you'll notice) and you need to switch to flower lights and nutes. Also the buds will start to fatten and the hairs will look less sparse more uniform. Looks great so far hope this helps!
Cheers

Also, now is the time to put it in a bigger pot, I like 2 gallon, some like 3 gallon. I think it takes too long for the pot to dry out in 3 less opportunity to make feed adjustments, also I didn't notice much yield difference in 3 gallon.

I've noticed the same, savoy.
I haven't been getting larger yields from three gallons as compared to two, even same strains, side by side.
Most autos lifespan just isn't long enough to make use of a larger container, larger autos like Think Different and it's larger root system get to make good use of it though.

Thanks a million for getting back to me I'm all smiles now that I know its okay :D would u recommend using the bloom nutes now? And if so will I mix each of my nutes like the bio grow and the bio bloom together and when do u think is the suitable time to start feeding her this nutrients mixture I also have top max stimulant should I use this too mixed with the other nutrients? Thanks again folks

I'm not familiar with your specific nutes or growing medium. I grow in soiless so I generally start feeding as soon as I see the second set of leaves (week2). But even with a mix like ffof it'd probably be okay to do a 1/4 strength feed. It's not the clearest pics in the world but your leaves do look a little yellow so if that's true a veg feed is in order.
