New Grower Plant Help Please

I agree with muddy. Your soil is most likely the problem. And it's just a nutrient sensitive phenotype.

It's hard to tell from your picture but there doesn't appear to be a growing shoot there. Without it it won't grow. Give it a day or two see what happens but I think she's toast. Sorry.

Give it 2-3 days. I just had one sprout which I was concerned about because it seemed to be acting funny. It's now doing well. There's a lot of soil for the plant to spend its energy exploring. There could have been a wood chip or clump of peat close to the bottom of the seed which caused the plant to spend more energy in the soil.

Those last set of pictures look great.
 
they are 4 days old now.

the pet pot may be stopping the root?.
 
I gave my little ones 2L water today each and thi is the run off my pots are 11L in size.
