Plant is in nute lockout, should I harvest at day 55?

Im having problems with one of my plants. She is at day 55 from seed. She started yellowing at week 6 (2 weeks after flowering started) and she has been dying since. Buds are looking nice, but there are many popcorn buds which I believe should be harvested already.

Is there any other option here? I've started giving her more nutes recently, and I'm not sure anymore if she is in lockout or having nute burns?

Some info:
Growing organic with BioTabs and super-soil.
I havent been checking PH since its not necessary with BioTabs.
I've made a mistake from the start where I've put one fertiliser tablet instead of two.
Plant had some yellowing from the beginning, but I thought it was because fertiliser tablet is slow-release. Then I've started adding more NPK in the past 10 days, but she is yellowing more and more by the day. I've already took down about 50-60% of the dead leaves.

No need to harvest. Let her eat those leaves and she'll fatten up more. Others will have advice on managing the final stretch but hold tight for now.

The one smaller plant looks rough so you could chop her down but the other ones could be left awhile.Have you checked the trichomes with a scope?

All the pictures are from the same plant. I dont have a scope but planing to buy one.I will take down small popcorn buds, and leave main buds to go for at least a week

Let her eat sugar leaves too, or just fan leaves? Because there are not many fan leaves left

when did the tip yellowing start? ...need info on those nute inputs, brand, NPK#'s , dosage...
