New Grower Plant looking unhealthy

Hi gues, This is my second grow. First one went very very good, thanks to you guys. I planted another, however one of the plants looks very ill. Other 2 are growing perfect.

Should I stop this one from growing and bin it?

Any reason to why this happened?

Also can I just pull the root out and use the soil again?

Nute Burn , germ Problem left her Scared and Vunerable....

Id Yank it and Drop again if Another Fails Then There could be an Issue .!!

Make sure you check your ph and EC of the soil in that container before you waste another seed just to find out there was something wrong with your soil. Everything being equal, it should grow in there considering how good the other two look but obviously everything is not equal in this case. Something is wrong with that plant and the first thing I would check is pH, the second would be the EC of the soil. From the wrinkles in the leafs I would first assume pH but then looking at that one leaf on the right and the one facing us in the picture, the way those tips are bent down, it looks like very high N.

So, do yourself a favor and before you drop another bean, check that soil.
