Plants getting worse pleases help

Hey kush T didn't check my run off when I feed them 
but it was 5.9 going in I did water till run off with plain water at 7.4 on one plant the run off was 7.1 so I'm guessing its about 6.8 which has gone up from 7.4 in and 6.8 out at the start of the grow I'm using a 400 watt mh then swapped to hps soil is a mix of peat based compost potting soil lime and perlite I do not have a working ec meter at this time I believe bio bizz comes in different strengths my white widows seem to be least effected and think different the worse hears some more pics of the worse effected TDreally appreciate your on going help dude
