Its always hard to tell when we just have pics no offense. We need to know what day you are on (Ballpark if you don't know), are you using nutes, if so what kind and how, also are you checking you PH? What is your watering schedule? What is your temperature and humidity? What kind of lighting are you using and what schedule, are they causing too much heat for the plants? There are so many factors. However, IMHO I would think you are watering to much and causing a nitrogen deficiency. What I would do, and this is me, but I would try and only water when the soil on top seems dry but not bone dry (More powdery like). I usually water every couple of days and if my girls are looking a bit dry in between I do foilage feeding (Misting the leaves). Hope this helps. Good luck.

Probably a nitrogen deficiency from over watering, but it could be a plethora of things. I would start by cutting watering back to every couple of days and maybe foilage feeding (misting/spraying) in between. Its hard to tell just from pictures. Tell us what you are using: Nutes, Lighting, Substrate, Temperature, PH, type of seed, etc. As much info as you can.
