Hey Guys,

Thanks in advance for any help offered with this. I've done a bit of self diagnosis and concluded it was either soil pH or magnesium deficiency. I bought a pH testing kit (I know I should have earlier), but after testing (see image for reading) pH seems ok (6.5). So I was going to hit Amazon for some kind of magnesium supplement, but thought I'd run it past you lovely experts first :worship:. I did wonder if the older fan leaves where just sacrificing themselves as it is in the final mile now? I'm not sure how long till I will chop, but based on research, could be a week or 2, just wanna watch the pistils and harvest sequentially down the plant.

Thanks in advance!

I don;t see any real problem with her.You should be using cal/mag and ph should be between 6.3 and 6.6.Your main stem has taken over the largest growth but over all she looks pretty good. Some leaves will start to yellow but this is normal towards the end so don' worry. When most of the pistol turn brown she should be ready to chop.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've not used any cal/mag but ad suspected I should be- thanks for confirming. I have just ordered some on Amazon - might be a little late for this one, but the other plant is in early flower, so could help her.

Also based on your reply I should work on getting the pH down a bit, which I will work on.

Thanks again for your help.

You're not too late :) Your plant looks good and you're not showing much of a deficiency.

Soil has enough calcium and magnesium to last a while, however at this point you may need to add a supplement to prevent further deficiency.

Good luck,

Your ph tester is shit! Ignore it. Flush with a shit load of water.... tap is fine, then feed like normal.

Thanks for the reply.

What makes you say that? The reviews were okay.

Do you think the pH is badly out of balance (Hence the flush?). Sorry for follow up questions, just want to understand before I do that.

Dude.... it does not matter what the problem is! Run a shit load of water through them... feed at 1.2 e.c. and your problems are gone. Normally it's just a build up of unused nutrients. When you flush them out. As you should every week. You reset your shit back to zero. And i bet when you start flushing once a week you will see your plants instantly pick up.

I could say that for almost every post in this forum. Flush and flush often. What problem?

Okay, thanks. I’ve not come across that before- so these have never been ‘flushed’.

I’ll run a load of water through them both when I get home. [emoji97]

Thanks again for the advice.

My pleasure. And you got a while to harvest. Maybe 5 weeks. Waiting it out is a patient and sucsessful grower.
