.... if the new growth is good, you're recovering,... damage from most of this won't reverse.... are you keeping up with Ca-Mg and nute's?

yes sir 2ml ca-mg and 6ml floranova grow per gallon every feed ) it was definitely heat and now I need to lst because light too close again plants grew into it again

I wanted to post a pic of my plants now since it's been quite a while.. they are under 3 cxb 3590 now and growing tall need to control...but don't know what to do.. they were pre flower/flower so they are on bloom nutes..Appreciate any advice

Looks like you may have room , very gently bring the tops down , drill 2 holes at the top of the pot wide enough to fit some dowel in the holes . one side will stick out away's . you can use that to tie off on .

sick...grow.. I did very light "lst" on them earlier as much as i coukd since side stems werent big yet but they stretched up again u can see it on the plant on the left stem goes up right then up again -- and while I was doing it I accidentally super cropped it... it's an auto so growth slowed and now it's going crazy -- I'm very scared of bending again are there other options or I need to man up? -- also I can't fail this grow hehe
