Really all your doing is buying a cheap top coating. The materials. The Mammoth P(recharge if your so inclined) used to water in and moisten the mixture with a full dose or a little heavier even.Ideally do it earlier when you plant or prior so gives it time to breakdown some.but it does work with a 2 week time frame.not ideal but it works alright.Longer is better to make it fully useable to the plant. And if you can swing it some casting or simple compost tea stuffs.Alaskan Fish 5-1-1- even the 0-010 for flower is decent. a little wettable powder and your in bussiness. but the top coating for now is all we were really talking about.
About 4-5 gallons of soil.
1/2 cup bulb food
!/2 cup flower granules Small N range.
Some sweet lime or garden lime from epsoma or jobes or similar.those are like granules or pellets.sweet lime is a powder.Dolomite sweet lime. either is fine and pretty cheap.1/4-1/2 cup depending on situation but a rounded 1/4 cups is fine most likely.assuming water source if fair.
some castings-about a cpl rounded cups
and a TBspn of a decent inoculate.
thats a pretty simple repair top coating and it is decent but ,its later in the grow so it might not be as effective.Yet I would recommend getting these.
but simple Fish ferts will help limp you along.and some garden lime and some soil(maybe a gallon or two) are your basic needs right now.if you can afford better lemme know.Small aquarium bubbler and a stone or two and a 3-5 gallon bucket.
i think I touched on the few things we talked about if I recall correctly.lemme know if there is anything else you remember you would like for me to jabber on about.LOL Good Luck
