Please help ppms started off 6000 now 3000

I was ph water at 6.3... what should I do? I can't afford to lose a crop haven't had problems like this n I'm just stressing I got some down to 3000 level gotta wait till tomorrow st least to finish flushing them but can I use plain water for like two feedings in arrow

Also I have flawless finish @ wat ration per gallon should I put in?
And what's a good ppm guideline to follow In a constant or water/feed for veg n flower in promix
Also sense I caught it somewhat early tht should pull thru ? cuz most plants tips didn't start burning till like 4 days ago n I've been giving them water sense2 days ago bud still looks healthy and supper frosty

[Heavily Medicated]

I've grown in ProMix for years. I run three parts ProMix and one part perlite. I use aluminum sulfate to regulate the initial medium pH to around 6.7. I feed every time and feed until 15-20 percent of what goes in the top, comes out the bottom, then I remove and discard runoff. Here is my ppm schedule that is a general guideline.

Seedling - 300 - 600 ppm
Veg - 600 - 800 ppm
Flowering - 800 - 1200
