Please help

i fed her till i got a runoff my ph is too low so i needed to know where im at overwatering shouldn't be a problem since im using smart pots plus she looked like that before i watered

That's a bad misconception brother. Overwatering means you water before the roots start to seek more water and stunt growth, honestly - she does look overwatered. How high up are your lights? What are you feeding her? I see it's an LED, what brand/watts? What is your soil base? Have you fed her anything yet, if so what? Are you monitoring your pH, if so how?

You want the roots to come through the smartpot, that's the point of the airpruning.. the air will clip them off and they'll search somewhere else to expand.

Look forward to hearing back from you, asking a moderator in this section to move this to the infirmary.

EDIT: It's not like pulling teeth getting help my good friend, we need as much information as you can give to figure out the problem. There's a number of reasons for things to look the way they do, for plants to react the way they do.. We need answers from you before we can tell you what or why. We're here to help you, all we ask is you participate in providing us the information.

I have been watering 2 times a week but now i backed off. they're in fox farm ocean and happy from mixed 50/50 i use the ph pen to measure the runoff the light is about 20 inches away i know the ph is low but will that make the plants droopy? or is it overwatering? i definitely think i will go hydro next time no way of overwatering and so much easier to control the ph. The whole fixing the ph in soil is total pain in the ass.

You'd be amazed at what pH imbalance can cause - think of it this way, if you have something right in front of you but there's a glass window between you and it and you need it.. it doesn't matter that it's there, you can't get it. That's pH imbalance. It's there, but the plant can't get it.

HF and FFOF mixed 50/50 is still a pretty hot mix, so I hope you're not feeding it anything besides pH'd water. As well, FFOF and HF don't have much of a pH buffer in them - so the accuracy of your water is important.

I'm honestly leaning towards watering too much my friend. What happens is the roots can't take up oxygen if you water too frequently.. here's some shots of over watering.

When a plant is over watered the roots suffocate. Nutrient lock-out often occurs.

Hey guys after adding dolomite lime and watering it even though the soil was wet I had to bring up the ph after 6 hours this is what she looks like
