If you have distilled water around, check that, it should read 0.
If that is accurate, then 245 between feeds isn't too bad, did you check pH?
And to be honest, the picks you first put up really don't look bad, I usually get a little tip burn when trying to push hard. If your pH is in range, I'd continue on but back off the feed a little.
