I've been using these lights for a while now and have produced some solid bud. Currently got this running under a 600. The light penetration isn't as good as I'd like but what is getting light is bulking up quite nicely. This is being replaced with a TS1000 tomorrow when it arrives.

Like @Mañ'O'Green says get em in close, 8-10 inches even is fine I've found. You can get a larger veg footprint I'm sure but for flower I like to get them up close and personal
