Lighting Possible to use LED and HPS together?

Very interesting! I am going to build a little room in my garage for more space. I was thinking about enclosing two tents but now that I've seen this that may not be necessary. In your opinion does the HPS mixed with LED produce the best results? Or do you think you can get equal results using just LED?

IMO using both gives me the best results.. now you dont have to run out and buy a 600 like I use.. but if your a tent grower or you just use LED.. buy a 150 HPS and use it with your led lamp.. you will double your yeilds. keep plants warm in cool months. plus a 150 watt HID cant make that much heat in the warm months..

Here is my new Hybrid lighting setup. im using PVC pipe to move and angle my lamps. the grow cadge is 6 foot tall x 10 foot long x 6 feet wide.. i will also be using the 900 LED for 4feet and lower lighting.
i will use 10 5 gallon air pots!!! lets see how she grows!!!

Is that a Mars II 700 I see down there in the corner... HeHe I have one as well it is a good light, I am using a Kind K3 L300 now, I also have a LightHouse Hydro Blackstar 240... LED is all I know and it is my favorite... I like mixing in some T5's as well for side lighting.

Its a 900 .. yea experiment with some T5s i bet you will be impressed!! Down on your lowers ... No more pop corn buds...

Ahh a 900 I was a little off, and yes I decided to put a 24Watt Sunblaze T5 on each side of my cabinet for my ladies under carriage... I am really excited to see the results.. My last grow the Aurora Indica did not get much light on the underside and lower branches which really cut my final yield. I am really excited to add these to my arsenal.
