Grow Mediums Ppm for starting autoflowering seedlings

Hey guys, just wondering what ppm I should start my autflowering seedlings at? I'm currently waiting on my mephisto seeds, I have what I believe to be a full range of nutes + RO water handy, comes in at 12ppm. I have cal/mag, canna start, canna rhizotonic, canna A+B, Dutch pro explode and canna Pk, I've pH up and down. Up until recently I thought that you should start seedlings at around 150-200 ppm but I've seen that others start between 400-600ppm, i would have thoguht this too high, if someone could help shed some light on the discrepancies between starting ppm ranges that would be fantastic.

I think you can take some guidance from Hansbricks grow logs in the Autopots section. He grows in coco and has several runs for you and I to learn from. Until the end of the third week he is hand watering/feeding and has really documented it well for guys like us. Check it out. After the third week he feeds from a reservoir but until then it should be the same as you would do. Mephisto stock has been loved by many members including me. Good choice IMO.
