I tried. Twice. They wont take it. They'll just straighten up and keep at it. Grower beware, you'll need seriously stronger S&M techs to achieve the desired results. In the meantime though, all the supercropped girls toppled over, so I fired up the scrog net for support on the Alien S tent, and strung up the girls in the Alien XL tent



All in all everything is pretty much the same as last post, except EC is slightly higher. They were pk'ed last week and responded accordingly. A few lower fan leaves shriveled and quit life, got me scared for a few days, but it seems like good 'ol natural selection, *fingers crossed* !!

Yeah, you can really tell by that pic how awesome the light spread is - literally covers 1.2 x 1.2m tent. HydroGrowLed Sol 9 450w. Each module is 50w in a dense matrix array (IIRC) configuration. I love this style of pic too, ever since I was a teen and skate street films started popping out :Sharing One:

Again, apologies for the long due update. New personal project has been keeping me busy with many trips out of town. Lovely to be able to leave them unattended

Alien XL... one of the girls is far ahead her sisters and signalling her disposition for being chopped, you can tell by the yellowing, clearly pulling from her reserves. Being that I am a CBD buff, I'll appreciate an "over the hill" smoke, so letting her ride. I hope she thinks twice and pumps up a little more juice in the next weeks. I did a final rez change with and dropped the EC to 1.4 as there was a little tip burn on the the other girls.



All in all, I like where this is heading

I think I'm going to try and lower the root temperature 1ºC every week until flush, see if any pheno responds compared to the other tent... idk, new strain so who knows, right?
