Indoor Problem flushing soil between grows

I have 4 big pots of Atami soil that were used for a grow more than a year ago, then sat in a dark room till now.
Since I need them again, I flushed 2 of them with water out of a 3 stage filter, but since the holes in the bottom got clogged the water stagnated for a couple of days.
Now I made bigger holes and they are draining, but they smell a lot like mussel/algae, I gues it's something's rotting? The roots and a few fallen leaves were still inside the soil, also I used molasses and honey, could it be that?
Is it something dangerous for plants?

Also, I got an ADWA AD12 PH meter and I checked the water out of the filter, it's about 6,8 but if I dissolve some soil in it it goes up to 7.5, should I worry or do something?

Bump. Sorry but I really would like a few opinions on this, I don't really know if my soil is safe to use, If I should do something, leave it like that, or if it's best to just throw it away and get new soil. I will have some 35% H2O2 in a few days so if it's the bacteria raising PH or being unsafe for plants' health I guess that would do it, otherwise I'd try some more flush with water + lemon juice and see what happens I also have pure food grade Vitamin C if that can be used for lowering PH.

That goes for everything in my cab - be it a small bag of powdered lime, or £100 out take fan. If i think it's gonna mess with me over the next 12 weeks of my grow, It gets binned.
Soil / medium is so cheap, i wouldn't take the chance!

But as i say, that just my opinion on it

ive gotten bought soil that was moldy and used it with issues , soil can and will go moldy and i wouldnt advise useing it unless it was a must and i baked it in the oven first , baking it might be hard if your doing comercial ammounts , but its better to be safe then sorry

Yes, I agree that it' best to chuck it out as if the terrain is in any way bad I'd be fucking up time, perfectly good seeds, nutes, electricity and lamp life, for a total expense
several times higher than the 50€ I'd (and most likely will) spend to have 100L of Atami soil delivered to my door in 3 days.
Maybe I can try to see if it's good cleaning a bit of it with H2O2, rebalancing the PH and using it for one of the freebie seeds and seeing what happens,
but I noticed a very small white insect moving on the terrain so maybe it really is best to get rid of it unless anyone has some proven solutions to clean up soil
that are both cheaper and faster than buying it new.

Ah, anybody has any suggestions on how to preserve used soil for some weeks or months if you don't need it? Might be useful to know it in advance so as to avoid wasting good soil.

store it dry , ive never had pest problems storing used soil dry and have been reuseing amended soil for years

You mean putting the soil in thick black/dark, sealed plastic bags bags once it is dried out for good?
