Hi guys! Greetings from South America!
One of my ladies seems to be having a defc/lockout progressing. It looks like calcium of phosphorus but I have tried everything and things keep getting worst.
Things began like this:

This was taken on May 19th, day 24th for the plant:
At this point I was thinking of nitrogen toxicity because the soil I started the growth with is hot (I know its not recommended, but I had exceptional results with it on my first growth), so I decided to flush the soil with 3x times the volume and gave the plant bloom nutes for te 1st time at 1/4 dose.
Then progressed to:

This is on May 24th, day 29 for the plant.
At this point things were looking more serious, I began suspecting of cal-mag issues, so I gave the plant bloom, calcium and magnesium at 1/4 each. I also kept some of the solution in a spray bottle and sprayed the plant every two days.
And now, 6th of June, day 42, things look like this:

I gave the plant bloom, cal/mag at 1/2 dose 5 days ago but things are not improving. Also kept spraying the plant with the 1/4 strenght solution.
As you can see this affects old and new growth, you can see that some of the buds that are under the canopy are looking somewhat healthy, so I thought that maybe the plant was oversensitive to light (they are under a 400 hps, never closer than 12 inches), or that the areas closer to the lights were processing stuff faster, so I raised the lights to 16 inches but nothing improved.
Temps are around 75 and humidity at 50%, so no issues there.
I think I see phosphorus and calcium defc there, already flushed, solutions are phd accordingly, so I am getting out of options here, the plant keeps growing, getting taller and buds fatter, but I have no doubt that if this is not corrected soon the plant will die, soon it will not have any healthy leave to keep the photosynthesis going.
Any insights?
Thank you!

Jorjie-- this is epic P defc., maybe some others muddied in with the symptoms,.. Ca defc. can look a lot alike P defc. to, and from what I see, P defc. can hit higher up than is usually expected,... First you MUST get a proper in-pot pH reading! I strongly suspect it went badly acidic in there (alkaline is much less likely unless your water is rock-hard), and is off-pH enough have P locked out,.. the large patches of dead tissue are hallmark signs,... early pick shows nute burn,.. we need your nutes, dosage and schedule,... all the flushing has at least likely cleared out salts build-up, but the excess nutes, plus the hot soil, would account for the badly acidic conditions in there,... I'm with Nammy on the light, too close, though fortunately, I don't see overt stress signs or burning,...
shoulda had you fill out the patient form first! .... flushing stripped out what little was there, and the 1/4 dose wasn't enough,... keep feeding her, high dosing,... as for foliar, if you weren't using as wetting agent and spraying the bottoms of the leaves as well, it wasn't helping much,.. this stuff help make the spray coat and stick better so more gets absorbed,.. bottoms of leaves have more stomata on them so more gets taken in there vs. tops surafes,... Also, during bloom, you risk mold, so I'd stop foliar totally at this point,... keep a close eye out for it now,.. bud rot starts from inside out, and with the leaves in such bad shape, it'll be more difficult to spot,... look for strangely withered sugar leaves, more off color than the rest,.. tug at it, and if it comes right off, it mold! you have to treat mold like gangrene, you cut away everything until it clear,...them prey! Keep RH low as possible, good air circulation,....
