The thing I notice about cobs is that more is not always better. Meaning, your plants might actually do better with the reflectors off and further away. Being as close as possible without light stress is not necessarily the best for your plants. Having the ability to adjust your Autocobs strength would make them absolutely perfect. Optimal coverage and power could be easier obtained.

I haven't gone to reflectors myself - I experiment quite a bit with the placement of the COBS within the tent. I have 4 running at different ages & I attempt to suit the design to what the ladies are doing.

Look at us! Talking Autocobs! Lol. This is awesome. The only way we will learn is from each other, and trial and error! I'm gonna keep em in their 5 gal pots for now but I'm pretty sure mainling is going to be tbe answer to my height restrictions. And with topping, Ive topped every auto Ive grown excpect one, just to see what it looked like naturally. I've had nothing but success topping.. To the point that I can't stop! Im going to top one of these girls multiple times this run. Lol. I'm just trying to prepared. I keep having nightmares about that redwood tree that @bob142g grew under 2 [HASHTAG]#Autocobs[/HASHTAG]! Lol.. Im scared of THAT tree!! Lol

Use smaller pots if you want smaller plants. Using a 5 gal pot is already putting you more at risk for huge plants.

The cobshop cobs are injecting the kind of growth I didn't see with my traditional build led lights. The start of week 3, my "The White Train" was 31" tall. Next to that plant is a Royal AK. It's the third one I've grown in the last year and is super thick and bushy. Has huge leaves. Really interested in how that one will turn out at the end. Cobshop cobs are doing the job then some.

A measly 5 days later... I topped her Thursday night and now look.. She's as wide as the pot! Lol. With several bud sites.. Im prrreeettty sure I'm going to take down the GSC tonight.. I hate to do it, but I also hate seeing it soo sick looking. It has to be something at the root level. The entire plant has been droopy and lime green from seed. So I'll probably end up with one plant under 2 Autocobs. Or I may replace it with a Ripleys OG in a 3 or 5 gal pot. But back to the star of the show.. Accidentally ripped a fan leaf while picking up the pot.. Dammit.. Lol.. Crystal meth at Day 19.. I should have snapped a shot of the stem! It's already super thick!
