Mephisto Genetics Purple Nuggets

Yeah, the PURPLE NUGGETS are a phenotype of the STRAWBERRY NUGGETS...

It’s definitely different. Not as potent as the pink strawberry nugget. It doesn’t get any size either. I have grown out many strawberry, it hard to believe this is the same strain. It’s frosty, but the potency and terps isn’t as strong in It.
Kinda has a vanilla, grape now&later candy smell that down deep. That’s nice, but it’s no where as pungent as the pink strawberry nugget. That thing reeked. It’s my favorite strain. Out of 3, to where purple.

Nice. Thats looks like the strawberry nugget that i ordered last. I kinda figured it was purple nugget. It was Very dark purple frosty as all get out, and super dense. It reminded me of wedding cake. We isolated the Purple Nuggets from the original Strawberry Nuggets back in 2017 when doing the final work on the F5. The purple pheno is roughly 1/20 from the original strawberry nuggets, with a pink pheno in the same 1/20 range.

From our testing work we have evidence to suggest that the Purple pheno is less potent then the original version. This holds true for several of our strains with the purple characteristic. Everyone loves colorful plants though so we intend to keep making the purple version periodically.

Bring back the BLUE TOOF SPECIAL

Yes the purple is super nice.
I prefer the bolder terps of the original strawberry nugget. It was very robust. You could smell the trichs burning when you smoke it.
There is nothing like it. I’m not a critic, I will always support mephisto. @stan_mephisto.

I’ve got some strawberry nuggets. I’ll look forward to trying them some day.
