Hehe looks like your on the move personally I would paint it as its easier plus I am pretty sure in real life its more reflective just make sure it flat white (matt). As for pc fans I didn't have much luck running them with a filter as filter needs to be 20mm thick really if you do have luck let us know as I ended up buying a fan/filter combo from hydro shop using a controller it never ever ran more then its low speed but they are big and hard to hide, also phone chargers, one thing be careful here read the mA rating and do not exceed it I use my radio plug which is 1amp meaning at 12v its 12watt I use these for circulating air still.

I like the idea of painting but I think that with the mylar it's just one extra line of defense against light/smell leaks.
My filter is gonna be made by myself so I think I'll be fine, or at least I hope so.

Btw, if the pc fan isn't strong enough will this fan be?

Cant tell for sure but you could stack some up and experiment, all I know is I put 3 80mm fans side by side pulling through a home made carbon filter panel using activated carbon pellets roughly 400mm x 100mm x 18mm thick and with 70w hps remotely ballasted and a 30odd watt cfl and temp went out of control had to rip it out and was using a bathroom fan rest of grow. Going to try a silent bathroom fan next time see if that works

I reckon stacking one in front of another could possible increase pressure but thats just theory

Well, it's like Andy said, it's gonna be trial and error and I think that HPS produce more heat than CFL.
LED's are pretty expensive, if only there was a cheap LED kit...

So I finally ordered my 150w dual spect cfl light, 120mm extractor, 1 Auto Bubble Gum, 1 Auto Cheese Berry and one auto seed that they send for free. It's all coming together.
Now I need to open the holes, paint the inside, mount the fan and the bulb to the eletricity and start growing.
