Lighting Question about side lighting

Hi guys

So I was looking for an opinion to help me decide on the output I need for sidelighting in my 60x60x140 tent. I've been trying decide between getting one of both red and blue 125w Cfl lamps to install as side lighting for my tent.

Basically the plan is to have a couple plants in different stages of veg one side and one in full flower and as I'm currently running a 300w full spectrum LED air cooled panel I was looking to supplement with 1 or 2 blue cfls and and one red Cfl as sidelighting to increase coverage of my plants.

Was wondering what you guys think? Is 125w okay? Or is 200w better? Or even higher, I'm not sure. I have little experience with cfls so would appreciate the help

Hi Medi, it will definitely help with lower branches if you have enough space to lower them at mid-height, it will increase your yield. I guess 125W on each side is ok, blue for veg and switch to red bulbs for flower.
