New Grower Question about starting under LED

Well, I raised the lights like astro and robwars said and they are doing pretty good. They still look bleached out a bit, growth seems to be perfectly fine for their age but for some reason they just don't green up like being under my MH. Strange thing is, my little 16oz competition auto in the DWC is as pretty and green as I could ask for and is under the same light? I fed them on Friday kinda thinking maybe they would green up a little bit, noticed nute burn on two now and no greening at all. Honestly, I see a lot of people have great results with LED but I am not so happy with it right now. I am not going to slam it because it is very apparent it works but for some reason I am not getting the hang of it. Like I have said many times before, I am old and have been using promix, MH & HPS since day one. It is the only system I trust so I will probably go back to it and stick with it. Kinda like, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

LEDs are just fine but we do not know exactly how and which one to use.
There are no best practices yet to follow. And believe me I have done a lot of work about that. The same as in 1995 when I started to discover magic Osram Planta 400 w HID, first grow HID on the market ever in Philips reflectors. I had 12 of them running on 5000 Watts, Northern Lights seeds smuggled from amsterdam and Jorge Cervantes book Indoor Marijuana Growing. My first yield after 6 months was exactly 1 kilo of damaged buds. Under 5000 WATS.
Today, HID is unified, all brands are very similar and there are tons of best practices.
LED technology is new and therefore we are at the beggining of lurning curve. One thing is sure. If someone and that is very common has limited sources of electricity or want to stay stealth, LED is the answer because extends the grow far from HID limits (when we compare power consumption).
I have different models bought in EU and from China directly and I am discovering the best techniques. As you know that goes very slowly since plants do not react instantly and there is always doubt about what caused what.
The main problem is the abundance of red spectrum in early growing stages. This light I use is solving this problem with two switches. If you choose growth switch you get less red light which is not belowed by little babies.

This is the beauty of forums such as this,if we have learnt how to use a light we can share are experiences with growers starting out with the same equipment this thread is a great example of that.
Maybe the lights you have used have had a high ratio of 630nm but in my 2 years experience of growing with fixed spectrum LEDs I've never had a problem with veg.
