I'm a fairly new grower and was wondering about auto pots. Are they hard to maintain ? I love the results a lot of you are getting with them. Can I still use soil and how do you water and feed with them . I know it sounds silly but I'm very curious about them . Any info is greatly appreciated.

Auto pots are wonderful! Very easy to maintain. Other than ocassionally flushing the tubing they are couldn't be much easier. Fill a res with water or nutrient solution once a week. done! Any soil you use in pots will work even organic soil used with water only, coco mixes work very well also. some organic soil/hydro nutes can plug the tubing, but I flush my tubing once a month, takes 2 minutes lol.

As far as nutes, is it hard to figure out how much to give them . I just don't want to fry them before they really get going . Thanks for commenting!

many people way, over feed their plants. You can't force feed plants, though people seem to think you can. Look at my auto pot grows. I always keep my ppms between 500-600, never more, right to the end. After three full grows, no problems and some damned healthy plants! The current grow has been tricky, as I am running coco in 3 pots and soil in three in the same system. I've been running my ph between 6.2 and 6.34 and it has worked well. with nutes and coco, I'd normally run ph at 5.8-6.1
