Attempting to use up some trim, just wondering if you use trim from a plant that wasn’t flushed fully, would chemicals go into the fat in the butter/oil or does just the thc/cbd Compounds go into it? Going to use coffee filter paper to Strain it after simmering for couple of hours.

what chemicals can be in the bud that a flush will remove them (the same chemicals/compounts are present in bud before/after flushing) but i could be wrong 
? sorry im of the thinking that flushing is a myth/old wives tale.

I would be concerned about washing the leaf off to remove any pest management or sprays externally. I think the flush is mythical I've not seen any difference in flushing, however washing the plant YES!
